职业学校加强学生道德教育,为他们步入社会奠定了良好的基础,对提高整个国家劳动者的素质具有战略意义。然而,良好道德行为的形成,是多方面教育影响、反复作用、长期熏陶的过程。职中学生毕业后,能否通过自我实践把道德理论逐渐转化为自身的道德行为,树立良好社会公民的形象,还有一个巩固过程。因此,职业中学学生道德教育应充分发挥他们的主体作用,把着力点放在学生自我教育、自我控制能力的培养上。
