葡萄糖和果糖与氨水发生亲核加成反应可定量地将羰基转化成亚胺,并使电化学还原性显著提高,增加极谱测定的灵敏度。本文研究了衍生反应及电化学反应的机理,利用微分脉冲和二次导数技术对葡萄糖及果糖进行了测定。检测灵敏度提高到10~(-7)mol/L。对血清中的葡萄糖含量测定结果令人满意。
The nucleophilic addition reaction between glucose and fructose and aqueous ammonia can quantitatively convert the carbonyl group to imine and remarkably increase the electrochemical reduction and increase the sensitivity of the polarographic determination. In this paper, the mechanism of derivatization and electrochemical reaction was studied. The differential pulse and the second derivative technique were used to determine the glucose and fructose. Detection sensitivity increased to 10 ~ (-7) mol / L. The results of the determination of glucose in serum are satisfactory.
