天平常用“眼观、手感、凭经验”的方法进行调修,往往不易很快掌握,如果能使用一些专用的小工具,就既可保护原件不受损伤,同时简化了调修过程。现将我们研制的调角器、拉子、叉扳手和对码等几种调修工具介绍于下。1.调角器:用于检查边刀与中刀的不平行度。这是一对四个不同口径的四、六方扳手,除了做为扳手之外还可以做为调角器(又名四角铊)之用,如图1。制作时调角器的厚度尺寸要求不严,重量一般为7~10克,但要求两只重量精确一致。所以只能通过调整其厚度使得两只扳手重量相同。边刀与中刀不平行,是造成天平示值变动的重要原因之一。所谓调角,就是把每个边刀前、后两个端部相对于中刀的力矩进行比较而检查这种不平行度并予以校准。
