鉴于越桔含糖低,不含脂肪,富含纤维,来自美国俄克拉何马大学和俄克拉何马州州立大学的研究人员联手试验,以确定食用越桔能否改善成人Ⅱ型糖尿病的血糖水平。研究将参与者分为两组:两组同时给予高脂肪早餐,其中一组配越桔干,另一组配香蕉。餐后抽血检验结果发现,吃越桔组的血糖水平有较大改善。
Given the low sugars, fat-free and fiber-richness of bilberries, researchers from the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University joined forces to determine whether eating bilberry improves blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes Level. The study divided the participants into two groups: the two groups were given a high-fat breakfast, one of them with dried cranberries and the other with bananas. Postprandial blood test results showed that eating bilberry group blood glucose levels have greatly improved.
