由肾上腺皮质功能亢进所引起的原发性醛固酮增多症,1955年由Conn首先报告一例,故又名孔氏综合症,国外至1966年共报告400余例。国内自1956年以后也开始有个案报道,直至最近半年来上海、广州等地才发表较大宗的病例分析,估计国内总数已超过180例。看来本病并非少见,为引起我区医界的重视,特介绍两个典型病例,并对其诊断、治疗略加探讨。
Primary hyperaldosteronism caused by hyperthyroidism was first reported by Conn in 1955, and is also known as Cough’s syndrome. A total of more than 400 cases were reported from abroad to 1966. Since 1956, there have also been reports of cases in China. Up to the last six months, only a large number of case analyzes have been published in Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places. It is estimated that the total number in China has exceeded 180. It seems that the disease is not uncommon, in order to arouse the attention of the medical community in our district, especially introduced two typical cases, and its diagnosis, treatment slightly discussed.
