为研究复合因素作用下煤样吸附甲烷的特性,利用高压瓦斯吸附装置进行温度、粒径对煤样吸附甲烷特性的影响实验,运用Langmuir单分子层吸附理论对实验数据进行拟合,应用多因方差分析的方法分析了温度、粒径二者复合条件下对煤样吸附甲烷性能的影响。实验结果表明:温度因素对煤样吸附甲烷的影响明显大于粒径因素对煤样吸附甲烷的影响,粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的影响较小,温度和粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的性能无交互影响作用,温度和粒径对煤样吸附甲烷的影响是相互独立的。
In order to study the characteristics of methane adsorption by coal samples under the influence of complex factors, experiments on the adsorption characteristics of methane on coal samples by temperature and particle size were carried out by using high pressure gas adsorption device. The experimental data were fitted by Langmuir adsorption theory. Variance analysis method was used to analyze the effect of temperature and particle size on the methane adsorption performance of coal samples. The experimental results show that the influence of temperature on the methane adsorption by coal samples is obviously greater than the effect of particle size on the methane adsorption by coal samples. The effect of particle size on the methane adsorption by coal samples is small. The temperature and particle size have no effect on the methane adsorption by coal samples The effect of interaction, temperature and particle size on the adsorption of methane on coal samples are independent of each other.
