目的:探讨钼靶摄影与彩色多普勒超声对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:54例≤2.0 cm的乳腺癌,经手术病理证实。采用钼靶摄影和超声检查,比较二者诊断结果与病理对照。结果:钼靶准确率达88.9%。超声准确率达59.3%。钼靶与超声在诊断小乳癌的敏感性、准确性方面,二者差异有统计学意义,钼靶的准确性明显高于超声(P<0.05)。结论:对于小乳癌的诊断,钼靶摄影首选,结合超声,优势互补,可进一步提高诊断的准确率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of mammography and color Doppler ultrasound in small breast cancer. Methods: 54 cases ≤2.0 cm of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology. Molybdenum target photography and ultrasound examination were used to compare the diagnostic results with the pathological control. Results: The accuracy of molybdenum target was 88.9%. Ultrasound accuracy rate of 59.3%. Molybdenum target and ultrasound in the diagnosis of small breast cancer sensitivity and accuracy, the difference was statistically significant, the accuracy of mammography was significantly higher than ultrasound (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of small breast cancer, mammography first choice, combined with ultrasound, complementary advantages, can further improve the diagnostic accuracy.
