本文通过对天津钢管公司圆坯连铸机生产数据的分析,讨论了二冷水嘴喷淋特性、浇注温度和钢水成份等因素同铸坯表面裂纹之间的关系,归纳了导致该铸机于1993年5~7月间在铸坯表面持续、大量地出现裂纹的主要原因,并提出了解决铸坯裂纹问题的若干措施。
Based on the analysis of the production data of the round billet caster in Tianjin Pipe Company, the paper discussed the relationship between the spray characteristics of the secondary cooling nozzle and the pouring temperature and the composition of the molten steel on the surface crack of the billet. The main reason for the continuous appearance of cracks in the slab surface from May to July in a number of occasions and proposed some measures to solve the problem of slab cracks.
