临床上常遇到已婚女性慢性型再生障碍性贫血(简称再障性贫血)患者伴有妊娠。多数受孕于再障性贫血缓解期或明显进步阶段。作者观察9例再障性贫血孕妇在孕前、孕期、分娩及产后的血象情况和再障性贫血对胚胎、胎儿成活的影响。按中医辨证分型:脾虚血少型5例,脾肾两亏型2例,脾肾阳虚型2例。9例共妊娠14次,中止妊娠7次,正常分娩4胎,难产3胎,活婴7名。病理性胚胎2例。
Clinically often encountered married women with chronic aplastic anemia (referred to as aplastic anemia) patients with pregnancy. The authors observed 9 cases of aplastic anemia pregnant women before pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum blood and aplastic anemia on embryonic, fetal survival. According to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation: spleen deficiency less 5 cases, 2 cases of spleen and kidney two cases, spleen and kidney yang deficiency in 2 cases. 9 cases of total pregnancy 14 times, abortion 7 times, 4 normal births, 3 difficult births, 7 live babies. Pathological embryos in 2 cases.
