本文采用RAPD技术对寄生在福建沿海养殖大黄鱼和高体鱼师鱼体上的鱼己新贝尼登虫和梅氏新贝尼登虫的DNA多态性进行分析 ,结果显示 :①两者具有高度的遗传相似性 ( 83.1 %~ 94.7% ) ,形态观察和分子检测结果相印证 ,两者有可能为同种异名 ;②不同海区鱼体表的寄生虫表现出一定的差异和分化 ,但相同宿主虫体的相似性都在 90 %以上 ;③虫体睾丸边缘光滑与否等形态特征应为种内变异 ,不宜作为分类标准
In this paper, the RAPD technique was used to analyze the DNA polymorphisms of the new Benignon and Myzus nemaniatica parasitized in the large yellow croaker and the high body croaker in Fujian Province. The results showed that: (1) (83.1% ~ 94.7%). The results of morphological observation and molecular test confirm that the two are likely to be of the same type. ② The parasites of fish in different sea areas show some differences and differentiation, However, the similarity of the same host worms are more than 90%; ③ insect body testicular smooth or not and other morphological characteristics should be intraspecific variation, not as a taxonomy
