采用高效液相色谱法对金丝小枣果实齐墩果酸含量和熊果酸含量的变化规律进行研究。结果表明,枣果直径对齐墩果酸含量和熊果酸含量影响不大,枣果成熟度对齐墩果酸含量和熊果酸含量的影响较大;金丝小枣中齐墩果酸、熊果酸平均含量均随成熟度增加不断增高,6月14日至7月20日增长缓慢,7月20日开始快速积累,8月24日最高,分别为102.22、110.56μg/mL。
The contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in jujube fruit were studied by HPLC. The results showed that the diameter of the jujube had the same effect on the content of oleanolic acid and the content of ursolic acid. The maturity of jujube had a significant effect on oleanolic acid content and ursolic acid content. In oleander jujube, oleanolic acid, The average content of the fruit acid increased with the increase of maturity.
