低碳旅游是旅游业实现可持续发展的重要手段。低碳旅游发展离不开社会公众的积极参与,准确把握公众的低碳旅游消费行为倾向对于旅游业的低碳转型和可持续发展具有关键性的影响。文章采用问卷调查和SPSS19.0统计分析的方法,从微观的视角对公众低碳旅游消费行为影响因素进行了实证研究,结果表明:公众内部情境因素低碳旅游认知态度和低碳感知利益及环境外部情境因素旅游目的地低碳情境和社会参照规范其对公众低碳消费行为均产生重要影响,但影响程度有所差异。基于影响因素的探究,提出旨在引导公众积极参与低碳旅游行为,推动低碳旅游可持续发展的政策框架。
Low-carbon tourism is an important means of tourism to achieve sustainable development. Low-carbon tourism development is inseparable from the active participation of the public, and accurately grasp the public’s low-carbon travel consumer behavior has a crucial impact on low-carbon tourism transformation and sustainable development. The article uses the method of questionnaire survey and SPSS19.0 statistical analysis to carry out an empirical study on the influencing factors of public low-carbon tourism consumption behavior from the microscopic point of view. The results show that: public internal contextual factors low carbon tourism cognitive attitude and low carbon perceived benefits and Environmental External Situation Factors Low-carbon scenarios and social norms for tourism destinations have a significant impact on the public’s low-carbon consumption behavior, but the impact is somewhat different. Based on the exploration of influential factors, a policy framework is proposed to guide the public to actively participate in low-carbon tourism and to promote the sustainable development of low-carbon tourism.
