目的建立生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全性试验中15种金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP/MS)快速测定法。方法按照样品说明书要求安装水质处理器,用自来水和纯水冲洗滤芯后注入纯水,于室温浸泡24 h。采集浸泡水样,以115In作为在线内标消除基体效应,以雾化器流速为0.92 L/min,辅助气流速为1.20 L/min,射频发生器功率为1 200 W,等离子气体流速为15.0 L/min,用碰撞反应池ICP-MS法快速测定样品中铝、铬、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞和铅15种元素。结果 15种金属元素在0.04~50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.05~10.5μg/L,各元素在低和高两个浓度水平加标回收率在90.2%~112.3%之间,RSD为1.6%~7.9%。在检测的实际样品中,锰、镍、锌、砷、银、镉、锑和汞8种元素检出,其余7种元素测定结果均低于检出限。结论本方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高,可用于生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全性浸泡试验中多种金属元素同时测定。
Objective To establish a rapid determination method of ICP / MS for 15 kinds of metal elements in sanitary safety test of drinking water quality processor. Method According to the sample instructions to install water quality processor, rinse the tap with tap water and pure water into pure water, soak at room temperature for 24 h. The immersion water samples were collected to eliminate the matrix effect with 115In as the internal standard. The atomizer flow rate was 0.92 L / min, the auxiliary gas flow rate was 1.20 L / min, the RF generator power was 1 200 W and the plasma gas flow rate was 15.0 L / min, rapid determination of 15 elements of aluminum, chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, silver, cadmium, tin, antimony, barium, mercury and lead in the sample by collision cell ICP- Results The linearity of the 15 kinds of metal elements in the range of 0.04-50.0 μg / L was good with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999 and the detection limits of 0.05-10.5 μg / L. The spiked recoveries of each element at the two levels of low and high were 90.2 % ~ 112.3%, RSD 1.6% ~ 7.9%. In the actual samples tested, 8 elements of manganese, nickel, zinc, arsenic, silver, cadmium, antimony and mercury were detected, and the remaining 7 elements were detected below the detection limit. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of multiple metal elements in sanitary safety immersion test of drinking water quality processor.
