为了探讨适合铁皮石斛仿生栽培技术,提高铁皮石斛成活率,为铁皮石斛栽培规范化提供依据,开展保护性栽培和仿生栽培试验。结果表明:保护性栽培中,花生壳和碎石、松树皮和碎石栽培育苗获得的石斛生长效果最佳,移栽2个月后植株成活率不受海拔高度影响,次年海拔700 m的植株整体生长效果及石斛多糖含量优于海拔150 m的植株;仿生栽培获得了保护性栽培(基质:花生壳与碎石;海拔:700 m)相同的栽培效果,但在培养成本、资源
