目的分析风险管理在精神专科护理中所起安全作用。方法了解2014年某医院的精神科风险管理现状,分析风险管理知识,对精神科护理工作中存在的风险因素进行分析,制定针对性的风险管理预防策略,避免精神科护理安全事件的发生、化解护理风险,确保护理安全,数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果通过应用风险管理策略,精神科35名护士的护理工作质量得到明显的提高,护理缺陷事件发生率显著下降,对比前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在精神专科护理中具有较好的作用,能够防范护理风险时间、促进护理安全。
Objective To analyze the safety of risk management in mental nursing. Methods To understand the current status of psychiatric risk management in a hospital in 2014, analyze risk management knowledge, analyze the risk factors in psychiatric nursing work, formulate targeted risk management prevention strategies, and prevent the occurrence and resolution of psychiatric nursing safety incidents Nursing risk, ensure the safety of nursing, the data were statistically processed, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Through the application of risk management strategy, the quality of nursing work of 35 nurses in psychiatric department was significantly improved, and the incidence of nursing defects significantly decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Risk management plays a good role in mental nursing, which can prevent the risk of nursing and promote the nursing safety.
