采用连续喷涂和间歇喷涂两种工艺制备了Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层 ,并进行了时效处理。利用扫描电镜(SEM )、X射线衍射分析 (XRD)、能谱分析 (EDX)和硬度测试等手段 ,对涂层的性能进行了测试 ,分析研究了Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层硬度与时效温度和时效时间的关系 ,并探讨了强化机理。研究表明 ,一方面通过时效强化可使涂层硬度提高 ;另一方面则降低形变强化作用 ,使涂层硬度下降。其综合作用结果 ,可以使间歇涂层硬度提高 ,使连续喷涂涂层硬度降低
Zn Al Cu pseudo-alloy coating was prepared by continuous spraying and intermittent spraying, and the aging treatment was carried out. The properties of coatings were tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and hardness testing. The effects of hardness and aging temperature And aging time, and discussed the strengthening mechanism. The research shows that on the one hand, the hardness of the coating can be increased by aging hardening; on the other hand, the deformation strengthening effect can be reduced and the hardness of the coating can be decreased. As a result of its combined effect, the hardness of the intermittent coating can be increased and the hardness of the continuous spray coating can be reduced
