目的:通过对明胶胶片中氨基酸残基含量与明胶老化的关系的考察,对软胶囊崩解迟缓的机理进行初步的研究。并筛选合适的抗氧剂,观察其对明胶胶片老化的缓解作用。方法:制备明胶胶片及甲醛处理的明胶老化模型,测定氨基酸残基含量及平衡膨胀量,考察高温放置后加入不同抗氧剂明胶胶片中氨基酸残基的含量及溶解时间。结果:甲醛浓度与氨基酸残基含量及平衡膨胀量有一定的相关性,加入TBHQ等抗氧剂可缓解明胶胶片中氨基酸残基含量的降低,促进明胶胶片的溶解。结论:抗氧剂TBHQ有抑制明胶交联反应的作用,对明胶胶片的老化有一定的缓解作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of the slowness of disintegration of soft capsules by examining the relationship between the content of amino acid residues in gelatin films and gelatin aging. And select suitable antioxidants to observe its alleviation of gelatin film aging. METHODS: Gelatin film and formaldehyde-treated gelatin aging models were prepared. Amino acid residue content and equilibrium expansion were determined. The content and dissolution time of amino acid residues in different antioxidant gelatin films after high temperature storage were examined. Results: There was a certain correlation between formaldehyde concentration and amino acid residue content and equilibrium swelling. Adding antioxidants such as TBHQ could reduce the content of amino acid residues in gelatin film and promote the dissolution of gelatin film. Conclusion: Antioxidant TBHQ can inhibit the cross-linking reaction of gelatin, and it can alleviate the aging of gelatin film.
