抽油机井在正常抽汲生产过程中,由于井本身特征以及地面地下参数匹配等因素的影响,抽油杆和油管会发生不同程度的偏磨,严重时会造成泵况变差,检泵周期缩短。本文从理论上分析杆管偏磨的原因,并结合本队治理偏磨的管理措施进行探讨,得出结论。这些结论虽不能从根本上解决偏磨问题,但是可以有效地减缓偏磨程度,对延长检泵周期具有指导作用。

In this paper, the reasons for the partial wear of the pipe rod are theoretically analyzed, and the management measures of the management of partial wear of the team are discussed, and the conclusion is reached. Although these conclusions can not fundamentally solve the problem of partial wear, but it can effectively reduce the extent of partial wear, to extend the inspection pump cycle has a guiding role.
