苏州市卫康招投标咨询服务有限公司对苏州市中医医院和苏州市第三人民医院采购的设备进行了国内公开招标,已于2003年11月17日在苏州市胥江路431号四楼开标大厅进行了公开开标、评标,至投标截止时,其中第一、第二、第三、第五、第六标段的有效投标单位均未满三家。经苏州市政府采购管理处批准,该五个标段采用竞争性谈判采购。现将本次招标及谈判采购的结果公告如下:
Suzhou Weikang Tendering Consulting Services Co., Ltd. conducted domestic public bidding for the equipment procured by Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Third People’s Hospital of Suzhou Municipality on November 17, 2003, at the opening hall on the fourth floor of 431 Xujiang Road, Suzhou City The public bidding, bid evaluation, bidding deadline, of which the first, second, third, fifth and sixth tenders valid bidders were less than three. Approved by the Suzhou Municipal Government Procurement Management Office, the five tenders are subject to competitive negotiation and procurement. Now the results of the bidding and negotiation proclamation as follows:
