拱度是桥式起重机重要技术参数,直接影响起重机使用安全和使用寿命。保证桥式起重机具有正确合理的拱度是一个系统性的过程,除采用合理设计外,需要从制造、运输、安装全过程综合考虑。本文从腹板下料拱度值计算,拱度曲线选择,箱形梁拼装焊接等方面,阐述如何确保桥式起重机具有正确合理的拱度。
Camber is an important technical parameters of overhead cranes, a direct impact on crane safety and service life. It is a systematic process to ensure that bridge cranes have the correct and reasonable camber degree. In addition to adopting reasonable design, it is necessary to consider synthetically from the whole process of manufacture, transportation and installation. This paper discusses how to ensure the correct and reasonable camber of overhead traveling crane in terms of the calculation of the web crown value, the choice of camber curve and the welding of box beam.
