在实验室模拟研究了连续退火工艺对冷轧双相钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,快冷开始温度的升高会导致抗拉强度和伸长率的下降,屈服强度则变化不大;在保证了奥氏体向马氏体充分转变的情况下,加大快冷速度对双相钢强度影响不大,但会降低钢的伸长率,大的冷速下带状组织也更严重;过时效温度在240~280℃之间,试样的组织性能变化不大;随着温度继续升高,双相钢的强度降低,伸长率升高;到达360℃时,双相钢的屈服延伸不能完全消除。
The effect of continuous annealing process on the microstructure and properties of cold-rolled duplex steel was studied in laboratory. The results show that the increase of fast cooling start temperature will lead to the decrease of tensile strength and elongation, and the yield strength will not change much. In the case of ensuring sufficient transformation of austenite to martensite, The strength of duplex steel has little effect, but it will reduce the elongation of steel, and the ribbon structure is also more serious under the large cooling speed. The microstructure changes little with the over-aging temperature between 240 and 280 ℃ The temperature continues to rise, the strength of dual-phase steel decreases, the elongation increases; reach 360 ℃, the dual phase steel yield elongation can not be completely eliminated.
