采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,分析了Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、骨骼肌、红细胞和血清的LDH及SOD同工酶,对LDH同工酶谱作了光密度扫描,计算出各同工酶组分的相对活力及不同组织和血清LDH中A、B亚基的含量。Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠肝中缺乏DHP豚鼠和其他实验动物肝中普遍存在的LDH_5组分,多数组织中LDHB亚基含量呈不同程度提高。Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠各组织和血清的SOD同工酶呈多带分布。SOD_1和SOD_2为共有酶带。
LDH and SOD isozymes of Zmu-1: DHP guinea pig heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, skeletal muscle, erythrocyte and serum were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. The optical density scanning, calculated the relative activity of isoenzyme components and LDH in different tissues and serum levels of A, B subunits. Zmu-1: LDH guinea pigs lacking DHP guinea pigs and other laboratory animals, the prevalence of LDH_5 components in most tissues LDHB subunit content increased to varying degrees. Zmu-1: SOD isozymes in various tissues and serums of DHP guinea pigs showed a multi-band distribution. SOD_1 and SOD_2 are common bands.
