用电子自旋共振技术和化学发光（ＣＬ）法研究了川芎嗪（Ｌｉｇｕｓｔｒａｚｉｎｇｅ，Ｌｉｇ）对活性氧自由基的清除作用。Ｌｉｇ２５ｍｌ~（－１）对两种水溶液体系产生的Ｏ_２~－和ＯＨ－的清除率分别为１００％和４４％。该作用被ＣＬ证实。Ｌｉｇｍｇ２５ｍｇ．ｍｌ~（－１）对一种脂溶液体系产生的ＬＯＯ的清除达８０％。提示Ｌｉｇ能直接清除具细胞毒性作用的自由基（Ｏ_２~－，ＬＯＯ，ＯＨ－）。
Electron spin resonance and chemiluminescence (CL) were used to study the scavenging effect of Ligustrazinge (Lig) on reactive oxygen species. The removal efficiencies of O_2 ~ - and OH ~ by Lig25ml ~ (-1) to both aqueous solutions were 100% and 44%, respectively. This effect is confirmed by the CL. Ligmg 25mg. ml ~ (-1) of a lipid solution generated LOO clearance up to 80%. Tip Lig can directly remove the cytotoxic effects of free radicals (O2 -, LOO, OH-).
