本实验观察大鼠急性庆大霉素和升汞中毒性肾损伤时肾组织中与 LPO 有关指标的变化。结果显示:庆大霉素(60mg/kg ip qd)中毒72h 和升汞(5mg/kg,im)中毒24h 后肾功能受损,肾系数增大;肾组织中的 MDA、FFA 含量增高;XO 活性增高。表明 LPO 增强可能是庆大霉素和升汞中毒性肾损伤的重要介导因素,黄嘌呤-XO 系统激活可能是导致 OFR 产生增多、LPO 增强的重要机制。
This experiment was conducted to observe changes in renal tissue and LPO related indicators in acute gentamicin and mercury-producing toxic kidney injury in rats. The results showed that: After gentamicin (60mg/kg ip qd) poisoning for 72h and mercury uptake (5mg/kg,im) poisoning for 24h, renal function was impaired, kidney coefficient was increased, and MDA, FFA content in kidney tissue increased; XO Increased activity. This suggests that LPO enhancement may be an important mediator of gentamicin and mercury-induced toxic nephrotoxicity, and activation of the xanthine-XO system may be an important mechanism leading to increased OFR production and enhanced LPO.
