兼职教师是专业技师和行业的能工巧匠。如何把这支队伍建设好、管理好,是目前高职院校面临的一项重要任务。在分析了兼职教师建设的必要性和现状成因的基础上,认为应完善兼职教师聘用与管理制度、建立健全考核评价机制和加强对兼职教师的培训等对策。
Part-time teachers are skilled technicians and industry skilled craftsmen. How to build this team well and manage well is an important task facing vocational colleges.
