文章介绍了高效率低本底HPGe γ谱仪的水体源效率刻度和土壤样品的分析方法。用~(152)Eu,~(241)Am和~(60)Co混合水体标准源及一组单能γ射线水体标准源,测定了~(152)Eu和~(60)Co γ射线符合相加校正因子、土壤相对于水的样品自吸收校正因子及U,Th,Ra,K某些γ射线干扰的校正因子。用单能γ射线水体标准源和土壤标准源分别检验了体源效率刻度的准确性及土壤样品分析方法的可靠性。测量结果与参考值符合得很好。
The article introduces the high efficiency low background HPGe gamma spectrometer water source efficiency calibration and soil sample analysis method. The standard sources of ~ (152) Eu, ~ (241) Am and ~ (60) Co mixed water and a set of standard sources of monoenergetic γ ray water were used to determine the coincidence phases of ~ (152) Eu and ~ Correction factor, self-absorption correction factor of soil relative to water sample, and correction factor of some γ-ray interference of U, Th, Ra, K. The accuracy of the body source efficiency scale and the reliability of the soil sample analysis method were tested respectively using the single-source gamma ray water standard source and the soil standard source. The measurement is in good agreement with the reference.
