弗雷勒在《受压迫者教育学》中说:“教学应是艺术的,但许多教师的教学是官僚式的或技术式的。”在教学中,没有情绪,没有创意,只是重复工作,扼杀了师生的想象和创意,这是行为主义、理性主义主宰教学而强调控制、标准、统一引发的弊端。可以说,教师要以艺术家的身份进行诗性化教学,注重反省、想象、创造。当然,教师不应局限于艺术范畴,还要体现思想政治学科特质,改变课堂枯燥乏味之感,让诗性跃然于课堂之上。
