目前,枣阳市太平镇财政部门组织专班严肃查处乱收费、乱罚款、乱摊派、乱集资等扰乱经济秩序案件17起,查缴违法、违纪金额14.2万元。 长期以来,由于政出多门、重复执法、“四乱”横行,严重影响了小城镇建设发展。严查“四乱”为小城镇建设营造一个优良、宽松的发展环境。自严查以来,该镇增容人口1200余人,新登记办证工商户72户,分别是严查前同期的3.4倍和4倍。
