三、结构抗震设计与技术措施苏联规范在结构抗震设计技术措施规定上一直是比较具体的,而且结合实际较好,反映了苏联本国的结构类型特点。在苏联,大量采用的是砖石结构,因此对砖石结构始终给予了相当的重视。五十年代初期的101-51规范,计算部分占很少篇幅,大部分都是结构的抗震构造技术措施。如对房屋的楼盖、梁、板、抗震圈梁、楼梯、墙与柱等都给出了具体的构造(包括连接)要求。但当时所给的规定还是以结构构件为主。五十年代后期颁发的

Structural anti-seismic design and technical measures The Soviet Regulations have always been more specific in the provisions of technical measures for structural anti-seismic design, and combined with good actualities, reflecting the characteristics of Soviet Union’s own structural types. In the Soviet Union, a large number of masonry structures were used, and therefore considerable attention has been given to masonry structures. In the early fifties of the 101-51 specification, the calculations accounted for a small amount of space, and most of them were technical measures for the structural anti-seismic structures. For example, the specific structure (including connection) requirements are given for the floor, beams, slabs, anti-shock beams, stairs, walls and columns of the house. However, the rules given at that time were mainly structural members. Issued in the late 1950s
