恶性疟抗药性已成为一个世界性的严重问题。动物模型的研究显示几种抗疟药伍用可延缓疟原虫对这些药物的抗药性。甲氟喹或法西密对恶性疟无性体均有杀灭作用,但对有性体是否有效,迄无系统报告。为此,我们在海南岛东方县作了如下观察。
Plasmodium resistance has become a worldwide problem. Animal model studies have shown that several antimalarial drugs can delay the Plasmodium resistance to these drugs. Mefloquine or famecterol exert a killing effect on the falciparum malaria asexual, but whether it is effective for the sexual body, as of no systematic report.
