矿山运输重型汽车的板簧断裂,是生产中的一个严重问题,由于板簧是弹簧钢(60Si_2Mn)又使用在调质状态,所以给焊接修复带来了一系列困难,为了解决上述问题,本文对断裂板簧的可焊性;焊接材料的选取;焊接工艺;热处理工艺进行了研究。得出了采用手工焊接工艺与热处理工艺的紧密配合,可以获得合乎使用性能要求的焊接接头,满足了焊接断裂板簧的需要,并正式投入了生产,获得了显著的技术经济效果。
Because of the spring steel (60Si_2Mn) is used in the quenched and tempered state, it brings a series of difficulties to the welding repair.
