目的研究五种干预方法对高血压患者的血压控制情况所起的作用。方法入选4 0例高血压患者,随机分成干预组和对照组各2 0例。干预组采取五种干预方法进行治疗(健康教育、饮食控制、合理运动、自我检测、药物治疗),而对照组只进行药物治疗。时间1个月,并对4 0例患者进行临床观察。结果经过五种方法干预的高血压患者对高血压认知良好率、服药依从性和血压控制满意率分别为9 0%、8 0%和8 0%,明显高于对照组患者(分别为2 5%、4 0%和3 5%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者进行五种方法的干预能够使患者改变不良生活方式,注意饮食的调节及情绪的控制,增强自我保护意识,能够自我调配药物的使用剂量及服用时间,较好掌握高血压的预防知识,使血压控制平稳。实践证明,运用五种干预方法 ,提高了患者对高血压的认知,排除了恐惧心理,可达到维护健康、改善生活质量的目的。
Objective To study the effects of five interventions on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients. Methods Forty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 20 cases each. The intervention group took five interventions (health education, diet control, reasonable exercise, self-testing, medication) while the control group only took medication. Time of 1 month, and 40 cases of clinical observation. Results After five interventions, the rate of awareness of hypertension, medication compliance and satisfaction rate of blood pressure control were 90.0%, 80.0% and 80.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (2 5%, 40% and 35% respectively), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of five methods in patients with hypertension can make patients change their unhealthy lifestyles, pay attention to the regulation of diet and emotion control, enhance their self-protection awareness, self-adjust the dosage of medication and taking time, Prevent knowledge and make blood pressure control stable. Practice has proved that the use of five interventions to improve the patient’s awareness of hypertension, ruled out the fear, can achieve the purpose of maintaining health and improving the quality of life.
