气雾吸入疗法是直接对支气管局部用药的一种方法。但吸入寒冷的氧气时,常会导致上呼吸道粘膜的纤毛活动停滞,不利于分泌物的移除,加以冷氧气吸入,有时会引起支气管痉挛性收缩,更不利于气雾药物吸入。为此我们研制了一种氧加温湿化两用仪器(见附图)。现简介如下:此仪器系用一45W 电铬铁蕊,先包以优质耐温玻璃的内套管,密封后,再套以外套管,如此氧气可不直接与发热的电阻丝接触,从而可避免氧气易燃的危险。本氧气加温湿化器乃用交流调压变压器(0~220V)电源。湿化器出口处附有温度计测温及大水滴收集孔。湿化液体5ml 水,氧气流量1升/分,调压变压器电源100±20V,温度32~37.7℃,时间1小时,1小时后剩余液体2.5ml,吸入气湿度为41.2mg/
