与痕量镉的显色反应相似,在非离子型表面活性剂存在下,2-[2-(5溴代吡啶)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯酚(5-Br-DMPAP)与铜的络合物可溶于水溶液中。本文对此显色反应的条件以及在金属分析中的应用进行研究。实验部分一显色反应条件 1 操作方法于25ml量瓶中加入铜标准溶液(16μg以内),及少量水,加中性红指示剂1滴,以氨水(1+4)调节至溶液恰呈黄色,用移液管加入pH10缓冲溶液3.0ml,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)(10%)或Triton X-100(10%)1ml,5-Br-DMPAP乙醇溶液(0.035%)2.0ml,加水至刻度(每加一种试剂后需充分摇匀),用1cm比色皿,在550nm处测定吸光度。
Similar to the chromogenic reaction of trace amounts of cadmium, 2- [2- (5-bromopyridyl) azo] -5-dimethylaminophenol (5-Br-DMPAP) Complex is soluble in aqueous solution. In this paper, the conditions of this color reaction and its application in metal analysis were studied. Experimental part of a color reaction conditions 1 method of adding 25ml volumetric flask copper standard solution (16μg less), and a small amount of water, add a red indicator neutral 1 (1 +4) to adjust the solution just yellow , 3.0 ml of pH 10 buffer solution, 1 ml of polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether (OP) (10%) or 1 ml of Triton X-100 (10%) and ethanol solution of 5-Br- 2.0ml, add water to the mark (each plus a reagent to be fully shake), with 1cm cuvette, absorbance was measured at 550nm.
