对 6个杂交稻组合的稻米品质进行杂种优势和超亲优势遗传分析 ,结果表明 ,在杂交稻育种中 ,要获得粒形 (长宽比 )、垩白度、胶稠度都理想的组合 ,必须双亲都有较理想的粒形、较小的垩白粒率、较小的垩白面积和较软的胶稠度 ;要获得理想的直链淀粉含量的组合 ,则需要一方亲本低直链淀粉含量或双亲都有理想偏低的直链淀粉含量 ;要获得理想糊化温度的组合 ,则双亲或单亲的碱消值要高 ;杂交稻透明度的杂种优势和超亲优势是普遍的 ,只要一方亲本透明度高 ,就能得到透明度高的组合
