随着医院改革工作的不断深入,传统的统计分析方法,加加减减已不能适应新的医疗活动和医院管理的需要。为适应新形势,医院统计分析工作应进行改革。本文即简介近些年来我院统计分析工作的实践与变化。1 统计工作的目标责任由单纯完成报表改革为报表与统计分析结合报出。既往统计人员总认为统计工作的主要职责是搞报表。上报主管部门也是忙于设计、印刷、布置、催报、汇总……;基层统计人员忙于搜集数据、填写报表,表报出即完成任务。近几年来,我们将月、季、半年、年报报表与统计分析报告同时上报,把数据反映出的情况和问题以及对策融合
With the continuous deepening of hospital reforms and the traditional methods of statistical analysis, additions and reductions have not been able to adapt to the needs of new medical activities and hospital management. In order to adapt to the new situation, the statistical analysis of hospitals should be reformed. This article introduces the practice and changes of statistical analysis in our institute in recent years. 1 The target responsibility for statistical work is reported by simply completing the report reform and reporting together with statistical analysis. The former statisticians always believed that the main responsibility of the statistical work was to engage in reporting. Reported competent departments are also busy designing, printing, arranging, reminding, summarizing... The grass-roots statisticians are busy collecting data, filling out reports, and completing the tasks when the forms are reported. In recent years, we have reported monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual report forms and statistical analysis reports at the same time, reflecting the situation and problems reflected in the data and the integration of countermeasures.
