D优63水稻谷芽分别用四种菌剂接种,再育苗移栽进行小区比较试验。结果表明,水稻施用不同菌肥(接种剂)的根际效应差异较大,与未用菌肥的CK相比,差异显著,其中FJ1─N菌肥的最大,且在不同生育期根际效应亦不一样,从移栽时到齐穗期呈下降趋势。亩产以FJ1─N菌肥接种的最高,与对照相比增产5.2%,表明根际效应与产量有正相关性
