8月下旬,我随中宣部赴红其拉甫海关考察采访团驱车从喀什出发,沿着中巴公路前往位于新疆维吾尔自治区西南的红其拉甫海关。一路上,除了令人惊心动魄的盘山道就是坑坑洼洼、险象环生的沙石路。300公里的路程,我们居然“爬”了整整一天!随着海拔的不断升高,我们中的一些人开始有了高原反应,头痛、胸闷、呼吸困难。红其拉甫海关关长刘苏静告诉我:到了红其拉甫,你才能够体会到高原的滋味。由于这里空气中的含氧量只有平原地区的一半左右,这就意味着在红其拉甫行走等于背负20公斤重的沙袋。还有强烈的紫外线灼得人皮肤疼痛、发黑,干燥的气候使人嘴唇干裂、鼻子流血……
