采用真空电子束焊接方法,研究了低密度铌合金(LDNb)自身焊、与高强铌合金(Nb521)、高温钛合金(TC4)等合金的焊接接头组织与性能。结果表明,采取电子束流偏向高熔点合金一侧的焊接方式,针对不同合金,调整相应电流、焊接速度、偏移距离等参数,得到的焊接接头成形良好,抗拉强度优异。LDNb自身焊、与Nb521及与TC4合金焊接接头塑性均与基材保持一致;1100℃下,与Nb521合金焊接接头强度可达75.3MPa,基本与基材持平。
The structure and properties of welded joints of low density niobium alloy (LDNb) self - welding, high - strength niobium alloy (Nb521) and high temperature titanium alloy (TC4) were investigated by vacuum electron beam welding. The results show that the welded joints are bended to the high melting point alloy side and the welding current, the welding speed and the offset distance are adjusted for different alloys. The obtained welded joints are well formed and have excellent tensile strength. LDNb self-welding, and Nb521 and TC4 alloy plastic welding joints are consistent with the substrate; 1100 ℃, and Nb521 alloy welded joints strength of up to 75.3MPa, basic and substrate flat.
