本文首先提出了在地下工程中刚性自防水面临着施工质量控制难题。从质量控制流程、质量控制的重点难点和质量缺陷及处理措施三个方面进行阐述。质量控制流程相当于刚性自防水现场技术服务的工作流程,使现场质量控制做到合理、有序。根据工程特点,找出影响质量的重点难点及控制措施,使现场质量控制有针对性。最后针对施工现场不可避免的质量缺陷,及时提出科学的处理措施,做到不留防水隐患。
This paper first proposes that the rigid self-waterproofing in underground engineering is facing the problem of construction quality control. From the quality control process, the quality control of the key and difficult and quality defects and measures to deal with three aspects. Quality control process is equivalent to rigid self-waterproofing on-site technical service workflow, so that the site quality control to be reasonable and orderly. According to the characteristics of the project, identify the key difficulties and control measures that affect the quality, so that on-site quality control is targeted. Finally, the construction site for the inevitable quality defects, scientific and timely manner proposed treatment measures, so that there is no hidden water hazards.
