一般来讲,外商投资都是以自身盈利为目的的。从投资伊始,到生产经营,直至清算,始终围绕着这一目的进行。只要符合平等互利的原则,外商这一盈利目的与我国合资的目的是不相悖的。但值得注意的是,有一些外商在投资过程中,利用我们一些单位急于合资而且经验不足的弱点,在不违法的情况下,不顾合资单位的利益,采取种种手段达到自身盈利的目的。回顾几年来兴办合资企业的工作实践,笔者认为要搞好合资企业,促证中外合资各方互惠互利,必须把任投资和供销两关。
In general, foreign investment is for its own profit. From the beginning of investment, to production and management, to liquidation, it has always been carried out around this purpose. As long as the principle of equality and mutual benefit is met, the purpose of this foreign company’s profitability is not inconsistent with the purpose of the joint venture in China. However, it is worth noting that some foreign investors use the weaknesses of some of our units who are eager to join joint ventures and have insufficient experience in the investment process. Without violating the law, they disregard the interests of joint venture companies and take various measures to achieve their own profitability. Looking back at the practice of setting up joint ventures in the past few years, the author believes that joint ventures must be well established to promote the mutual benefit of Chinese and foreign joint venture partners and that they must invest in, supply, and sell.
