随着社会经济的发展与经济结构的不断完善,我国已经进入经济新常态,各行各业都迸发出新的市场活力,市场竞争加剧,财政部门为了有效实现预算管理的目标,利用绩效评价成为一个重点关注的问题,本文正是基于这种背景下,首先阐述了绩效评价的相关概念,其次,阐述财政预算单位绩效评价的必要性及绩效评价在财政预算单位部门的重要作用,最后,针对财政预算单位部门的绩效评价提供的建议措施,最终促进财政预算单位部门的进步与发展。
