本文对刚果12号按热研 B 号无性系不同树龄萌条和萌条不同高度叶片过氧化物酶同工酶进行了研究,结果表明:(1)刚果12号按萌条基部叶片过氧化物酶同工酶的谱带条数和酶活性是随树龄的增大而逐渐增加的,到达2个月龄后则基本土稳定,表现出老态的生化特征。(2)刚果12号桉萌条叶片过氧化物酶同工酶的谱带条数和酶活性是随萌条高度的降低而逐渐增加的,也即随距茎尖距离的增加而逐渐增加。到达一定距离(10—100cm)后则基泰上稳定,表现出老态生化的特征。树龄越大,此距离越短。
