作者旨在确立 rIL-2更有效的临床给药途径,试对实验性鼠肝转移模型经直肠、腹腔内给予 rIL-2,研究其抗肿瘤效果和作用机制。材料与方法:把5×10~4个同系建株肿瘤RL♂1经静脉移植给7周龄雄性 BALB/C 鼠,制作实验性肝转移模型。自移植翌日起连续10天把 rIL-2分别给予以下3组(各n=6):①腹腔内给药组(ip纽):5×10~4U;②低浓度直肠给药组(1-ir 组)
The authors aimed to establish a more effective clinical route of administration of rIL-2. The experimental rat liver metastasis model was administered with rectal and intraperitoneal injections of rIL-2 to study its antitumor efficacy and mechanism. Materials and Methods: A 5×10~4 homologous established tumor RL♂1 was intravenously transplanted to 7-week-old male BALB/c mice to make an experimental liver metastasis model. RIL-2 was administered to the following 3 groups (n=6 each) for 10 consecutive days from the day after transplant: 1 Intraperitoneal administration group (ip button): 5×10~4U; 2 Low concentration of rectal administration group (1- Ir group)
