SMD溶胶调驱是一种强化采油技术 ,为了更好地研究SMD溶胶体系的成胶稳定性 ,我们应用环境扫描电镜、扫描电镜、激光粒度仪、FT IR等方法研究了SMD溶胶驱油体系的成胶特征。研究结果表明 :粘土矿物的存在形态对SMD溶胶的稳定性有很大的影响 ,稳定的SMD溶胶的微观结构应具有立体网状的有序结构 ,网状结构中自由空间分布较均匀。通过加入添加剂可形成稳定的SMD溶胶。
SMD sol-gel drive is a kind of enhanced oil recovery technology. In order to better study the colloidal stability of SMD sol system, we studied the solubility of SMD sol oil displacement system by using the methods of environmental scanning electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, laser particle size analyzer and FT IR. Gel features. The results show that the existence of clay minerals has a great influence on the stability of SMD sol. The stable microstructure of SMD sol should have a three-dimensional network of ordered structure, and the distribution of free space in the network structure is more uniform. By adding additives can form a stable SMD sol.
