由于制造部门和设计部门对提高锅炉设备的经济性重视不够,使得目前还有许多锅炉设备在运行中的排烟温度仍在180—200℃甚至以上。长期以来,在锅炉进风和给水温度低的条件下,燃烧湿的或含硫的燃料的锅炉,由于其后部受热面的堵灰和腐蚀而妨碍了排烟温度的降低。在许多情况下,由于这个原因,在排烟温度低的区域内没有安装补充的后部受热面。
