酸蚀粘结术是近10多年才发展起来的一门技术,它是采用酸蚀处理牙体表面,使釉质表面轻度脱钙,形成多孔的蜂窝状结构,然后用高分子材料进行粘结,使粘结材料渗入釉质表面微孔内,树脂结固后,在微孔内形成树脂垂下物,彼此相互交嵌在一起,产生物理性机械粘结。作者从1984年开始在临床试用,深感该技术操作方法简便、美观、快速、舒适、不磨牙或少磨牙,是一种较好的暂时性,半永久性修复体,值得推广使用。
Acid etching is a technology developed in the past 10 years. It uses acid etching to treat the surface of the tooth so that the surface of the enamel is decalcified lightly to form a porous honeycomb structure and then bonded with a polymer material So that the bonding material penetrates into the micro-pores of the enamel surface. After the resin is solidified, a resin droplet is formed in the micro-pores and intercalated with each other to produce a physical mechanical bonding. The author started clinical trial in 1984, and deeply felt that the technique is simple, beautiful, fast, comfortable, without molars or molars. It is a good temporary and semi-permanent prosthesis and should be widely used.
