高校党校是入党积极分子培养、党员教育管理和党员干部培训的主渠道,是学习、研究和宣传党的理论的主阵地,是增强党员、党员领导干部党性锻炼的熔炉。文章探讨了高校党校培训体系存在的主要问题、创新的必要性、创新的实践探索与需要注意的几个问题。
Party schools in colleges and universities are the main channel for cultivating activists, educating party members and training party members and cadres. They are the main front for studying, studying and propagating the party’s theory. They are the melting pot for strengthening party members’ and Party members’ leading cadres’ training.
