酒店管理专业是以培养具备较高酒店管理和服务水平,以满足豪华涉外酒店需求的专业人才为目标的,商务英语课程是其必不可少的课程之一。本文通过对高职院校酒店管理专业商务英语课程教学现状分析,针对性地提出了如何构建酒店管理专业商务英语课程教学模式,以切实提高高职院校酒店管理专业学生专业能力和英语水平,使其适应酒店管理专业需求。
The hotel management major aims to train professionals with high hotel management and service levels to meet the needs of luxury foreign hotels. Business English courses are one of the essential courses. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching of business English courses in hotel management major in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes how to construct the teaching mode of business English courses in hotel management in order to effectively improve the professional competence and English proficiency of hotel management major students in higher vocational colleges, To adapt to the needs of hotel management professionals.
