长治市商业局汽车队,原来是一个长期车况差、人心散、班子瘫的亏损单位。1988年初,承包组集体承包了这个烂摊子。四年来,我们紧紧依靠广大职工,注重发挥群体力量,使车队面貌发生了显著的变化。到1990年底,车队共完成营业收入113万余元,比过去提高了1.6倍;实现利润9.32万元,比原计划提高了116.5%;新增固定资产15.3万元,比计划提高了4.6倍。车队面貌所以能发生这些变化,我们在实践中的主要体会是:
The automobile team of the Changzhi City Commercial Bureau originally turned out to be a loss-making unit with poor long-term car status, distracting people, and team members.
